Sentencing is scheduled for today for South Florida based rapper Kodak Black, who's real name is Dieuson Octave.
Black, who has a track on the latest "Fast and Furious" movie, was found not guilty last month on charges he assaulted a bartender at a Miami strip club.
He was found guilty, however, on five house arrest violations since he wasn't supposed to be at the club in the first place.
