After more than a year of discussions, Israeli airline El Al will be coming to Miami International Airport in November.
The airport announced Wednesday that the airline will take off from MIA three times per week with nonstop trips to Tel Aviv.
El Al previously flew the Miami-Tel Aviv route, before canceling service in September 2008.
Re-obtaining the nonstop flights to the Israeli city is considered a big win for Miami International Airport, which has been in talks with the Israeli airline since February 2016.
