Kelly Keys-Torres with Broward Health says they're using actors to make the terrorism training as realistic as possible.
"Testing capabilities on the law enforcement side with an actual threat, from fire rescue doing triage treatment to transportation and then hospitals receiving incoming patients with family reunification," said Keys-Torres.
Officials say the fictitious situation centers around a fan appreciation day when shots are fired into the crowd.
The drill starts at 9:00 a.m.
