Floridan Tourist With Dementia Missing in NYC

The NYPD is currently searching for a Floridian tourist with dementia that has gone missing. 

According to his wife, 71-year-old Jeff Kelly walked out of his New York Marriott Marquis hotel near Times Square around 3:30 a.m. Monday. The Bartow, Florida, resident did not have his cellphone, credit card, or shoes on him.

The man, suffering from dementia, traveled to New York City with his wife to visit family.    

Kelly is described as black, 6'5" and about 200 pounds with brown eyes and salt and pepper hair, a gray baseball cap, blue jeans and a red shirt.  

Authorities are asking anyone with information to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
