The Miramar Police Department will host a memorial service in honor of the men and women who have given their life in the line of duty Wednesday.
The event kicks off at 7 p.m. at the Broward Institute of Public Safety at Broward College (3501 Davie Road between buildings 21 and 22).
Representatives from law enforcement agencies throughout Broward County will be present to recognize the dedication to the duty of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice.
Miramar Police will host the event in conjunction with the Broward Chiefs of Police Association, the Broward County Multi-Agency Honor Guard, and Broward College Institute of Public Safety.
