A South Florida man was arrested Tuesday after authorities say he grabbed a 14-year-old girl's buttocks at the Dolphin Mall.
Mall security caught 31-year-old Kevin McDonald and held him until Sweetwater police arrived on the scene. Police responded to a call around 4 p.m. about a possible child abduction.
Officers say that three years ago, Davie Police arrested the same man when he showed up at a Starbucks to meet who he thought was another 14-year-old-girl, but was really an undercover detective.
In yesterday's incident, McDonald's charged with simple battery. He is being held on $1,500 bond.
