After a Political fight of more than a year, the Supreme Court Vacancy gets filled today, with the swearing in of Neil Gorsuch.
St. Thomas University Political Science Professor Thomas Brezenski says Gorsuch restores balance to the Court.
"What he does is restore the court to four liberals, four conservatives, and one swing vote, and that would be Justice Kennedy," Brezenski said.
Gorsuch will be sworn in, in time to hear the 13 cases remaining on the Supreme Court agenda this term.
