Syrians in South Florida Contemplate Airstrike Retaliation

Syrian's living in South Florida have mixed emotions about what's to come following last night's U.S. military strike in Syria.

Some are hopeful that the airstrike will help protect civilians from future government attacks.

Others have concerns that the retaliation could also make matters worse — both domestically and internationally.

Syrian state TV reported a U.S. missile attack on a number of military targets and called the attack an "aggression."

It remains unclear at this time whether President Trump is adopting any broader effort to combat the Assad regimen in Syria.
