Tuesday night citizens can learn about the new proposed plans to expand the Bal Harbour Shops.
It's the third time the application to expand the Bal Harbour Shops will go before city council. Village of Bal Harbour Mayor Gabriel Groisman, says Tuesday's workshop gives citizens a chance to voice concerns and learn more about the matter.
"This time, just like last time and the time before, we're going to consider the application in all it's details and make the decision that's the best decision for the community," said Mayor Groisman.
According to the Mayor, the first reading on the proposal is April 25th at the city council meeting. Tonight's council workshop is at 7 p.m. at the Sea View Hotel, 9909 Collins Avenue.
