"Vampire Cult" Murderer Due Back in Court Two Decades Later

A man in that played a part in the "vampire cult" murders of Lake County, Florida, is due back in court today. 

Howard Anderson has been in prison for two decades for his part in the death of a Eustis couple some two decades ago. His hearing is to see if his life sentence can be reduced because he was 16-years-old at the time of the incident. 

Since his sentencing, the U.S. Supreme court ruled life sentences with no chance of parole for juveniles is "cruel and unusual" punishment.  

The case got national attention because the leader of the cult Anderson was a part of told police he believed he was a 500-year-old Vampire.
