A Hialeah police officer arrested for abusing personal information.
Officer Raul Castellon, 38, is charged with corruption and identity fraud in connection with his logging into the confidential Florida’s Driver and Vehicle Information Database known as "DAVID." Authorities say Castellon logged on to the system and sent screenshots of victims personal information to Neilin Gonzalez Diaz in exchange for gifts. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
