Broward County Commissioners will discuss medical marijuana zoning rules at Tuesday's meeting.
Starting at 10 a.m. they will have a public hearing on the ordinance. The proposed ordinance regulates the location, security, parking and other permitting requirements for the establishment of a medical marijuana dispensary in Broward County (unincorporated Broward County). Broward cities can establish their own individual zoning ordinances.
