LOOK: Hollywood Honors Trayvon Martin

An Oscar-nominated director is honoring Trayvon Martin.

Ava DuVernay tweeted yesterday a photo of herself holding a gray hoodie with the teen's name.

The shirt is similar to the one the 17-year-old was wearing five years ago when he was shot and killed.

DuVernay was nominated for the Best Documentary Feature Oscar for her film "13th."

Actresses Kerry Washington and Tracie Ellis Ross also tweeted photos of themselves wearing gray hoodies.

Martin was shot by Sanford neighborhood guard George Zimmerman during a confrontation the night of February 26th, 2012.

Zimmerman was found not guilty of second-degree murder and manslaughter.
