President Trump at the White House this afternoon celebrating what he calls America's "Liberation Day" as new tariffs take effect against countries importing Venezuelan oil. Florida International University's Brian Fonseca says the tariffs are a way for the U-S to get leverage when dealing with dictator Nicolas Maduro. Trump says he's imposing a one-year, 25-percent tariff on countries that use Venezuelan crude oil products like Russia and China to send a clear message to countries taking advantage of the U-S. The Commander-in-Chief is expecting five-trillion dollars in U.S. investments from his tariffs.
