Tate Brothers Arrive In S. Florida Amid Child Sex and Trafficking Charges

A pair of social media influencer brothers who remain under investigation in Romania for human trafficking and sex with a minor are in the United States. Andrew and Tristan Tate arrived late this morning at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

"We've yet to be convicted of any crime in our lives, ever. We have no criminal record anywhere on the planet, ever. Our case was dismissed on the 19th of December in Romania under the Biden administration, and our prosecutor recently decided because we have no active indictment in court, to let us go," Andrew said.

The brothers are expected back in a Romanian court next month.

Governor Ron DeSantis wanting them out of the state sooner, saying with these allegations, they're not welcome here, and the state Attorney General is looking at state jurisdiction to see what action he can potentially take.
