State: Brother/Sister Fail To Pay Sales Taxes At Restaurants They Own

When you own a business and collect sales tax, that money is supposed to be sent to the state, but authorities say that's not what was happening at two separate restaurants in Palm Beach County.

Massimo Giovannangelo owns County Line Italian Ristorante in Juno Beach and his sister Nadia Baldasaro owns Eatalia Restaurant in West Palm Beach.

They're both accused of not paying more than $100,000 in sales taxes over the past several years.

The two face charges of theft of state funds.
