Prominent Orlando attorney John Morgan is reportedly mulling over a run for Governor. Political Scientist Dr. Susan McManus says Morgan wouldn't run as a Democrat or Republican; he would form a new "Capitalist Party". She says you never say never in Florida politics, but she thinks he's a long shot for the job. Morgan is currently registered as a no-party voter. He's known for his pro-marijuana stance, which would not be the primary issue in the governor's race.
