A Polk County man is accused of sending sexually explicit text messages to minors.
42-year old John Paul Warden was arrested in Vero Beach for allegedly sending the tests to a 13-year old girl and her 12-year old cousin, including discussion about sexual topics and a photo of a sex toy.
The man is accused of grooming them and attempting to lure them outside their homes at night. He's also accused of touching one of the girls on their backside inappropriately while helping her climb back into her window.
The arrest warrant was issued in Polk and police say he knew he was wanted but flew to a relative's home in Vero.
