TAMPA -- Law enforcement is investigating after two cars crashed into buildings Tuesday afternoon.
In Tampa, police say a Chevy Silverado slammed through the wall of a parking garage. The driver was not injured and police detained him. No other injuries reported.
In Pasco County, the Florida Highway Patrol says a Mercedes driven by a 36-year-old Port Richey woman missed a curve on Rowan Road north of State Road 54. The car slammed into a utility pole and then into a building housing a salon and a dentists' office. The driver suffered injuries but is expected to recover.
