Ana Knezevich's brother Felipe says they're desperately trying to figure out what happened to her. A grand jury indictment filed against 36-year-old David Knezevich charges him with kidnapping resulting in death, foreign domestic violence resulting in death and foreign murder of a U-S national. No word yet on if prosecutors will seek the death penalty.
