The Broward School Board inviting the public to sound off at their workshop this morning on the new cellphone ban. Board Chair Lori Alhadeff says two-and-a-half months in they're getting a lot of positive feedback. But critics say it's too restrictive and they want students to be able to use their phones during breaks and at lunch. The ban prohibits students from using their phones from morning bell until dismissal unless there's an emergency. Headphones, like AirPods, are also banned.
