Grassroots groups rallying outside the Miami-Dade Commission Chambers ahead of today's preliminary budget vote. Lizzie Suarez with Miami Workers Center says the 12-point-7-billion-dollar budget does not do enough to help low-income families. She says now is not the time to cut the Eviction Diversion Program, which got 2-point-9-million in funding last year and only has 1 million earmarked for this year. A final budget vote comes after a second public hearing September 19th.
