The National Hurricane Center is keeping an eye on three tropical waves in the Atlantic, two of which are showing a medium chance of development over the next week.
One tropical wave is moving into the Caribbean, models are not getting a good handle on it just yet because no low has actually developed.
If a depression develops it would be late week or even the weekend.
There's an area of interest closer to the Cabo Verde islands with a medium chance of development and might see a tropical depression develop within the next few days.
A low off the coast of Texas has a low chance of developing; the concern with it is the rain it's dumping on Gulf coast states.
