Miami-Dade's Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and officials from the Miami-Dade Aviation Department will officially launch the Innovation Challenge at Miami International Airport.
Three companies have been selected to test their technology at MIA Thursday morning.
They are: RouteMe, which allows a passenger to navigate MIA by using their phone camera as well as Mapsted that integrates airport mapping with your phone; Signapse, AI digital signage that helps the deaf with real-time American Sign Language throughout the airport.
Innovation challenge announcement and demonstration begins at 8:30 this morning at MIA.
