Fort Pierce federal Judge Aileen Cannon has dismissed former President Donald Trump's classified documents case.
Cannon made the ruling Monday that the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith violated the Constitution.
Trump was accused by the Feds of taking classified documents from the White House after he left office and illegally storing them at his Mar-A-Lago estate in Florida.
