Wayne Gretzky and Canadian billionaire Larry Robbins are developing a world-class indoor ice-skating recreation facility in Palm Beach Gardens.
The space will house to two professional-grade NHL ice rinks, a full-service restaurant and sports bar, retail stores, and a specialized medical area.
The Palm Beach Gardens City Council approved the new $40 million ice rink facility last week paving the way for it to be completed by the summer of 2026.
The Great One will host his world-class Gretzky Hockey School at the new ice-skating facility with his son Ty.
“Together with my son, we're honored to expand the reach of our hockey school to more residents in Palm Beach County,” said Gretzky. “Hockey has the power to unite communities, and we are thrilled to be a part of bringing that unity to even more people to cultivate a new era of hockey enthusiasts.”
