Rivera Beach Police say they have solved a ten-year old cold case.
33-year old Lavon Heath and 34-year old Jeffrey Brown have been indicted for the murders of two men at a tire shop back in March of 2014.
Major Josh Lewis says the agency's three-person cold case unit will never give up.
"If you commit a crime in this city, I don't care if it's in 1970. I don't care if it's in 1980, 1990, we will find you. We will hunt you down. We will do what we need to do to make sure that you are brought to justice."
He says the suspects were on a robbery spree at the time they killed Murat Oziros and Deondre McCoy.
The guns used in the murders were the same ones used in a West Palm Beach robbery and DNA on the weapons matched the men who are in custody. Lewis says that should make for an easy case for prosecutors.
"One of the things that I look at when you do these cold cases is, is there some reasonable doubt? You know, because that's where the proof needs to be. And this is an extremely strong case against both of them."
Both suspects are serving time for other crimes, but one was going to get out in October.
Oziros' family also spoke at a press conference on Friday, saying "we have justice for our family and now we can move on."
Heath and Brown face several charges, including first degree murder.
