The family of a man who was electrocuted at Jupiter's Harbourside Place fountain has settled out of court with the company that owns the shopping center.
45-year old Nate Davenport died in October after jumping into the fountain that sits in front of the stage at Harbourside after his children were being shocked in the water.
The town of Jupiter says the light fixtures in the fountain were leaking "electrical voltage".
The victim's wife filed a lawsuit in December for wrongful death.
An attorney for the family says the parties have reached what he calls "an amicable and confidential resolution" and for privacy reasons he has no further comment.
The settlement now awaits approval by a judge under Florida's Wrongful Death Act.
