Police in Broward County are looking to see if a man accused of sexual battery has more victims. Coconut Creek Police announced that officers arrested Deerfield Beach's Ternell Cartagena three weeks ago.
The 22-year-old allegedly battered a 16-year-old girl and a 13-year-old girl he met when he sold them vape pens.
Police ask other victims to come forward.
