A man was struck and killed by a Brightline train while on the tracks in downtown West Palm Beach on Tuesday.
It happened across from the Palm Beach County Courthouse and just a few blocks north of the West Palm Beach Brightline train station.
The man identified as 69-year old Gary Millar was trying to cross the tracks when he was struck by a northbound train, according to police who say the crossing arms were down at the time.
According to reports, Millar was a courthouse employee.
