(Miami, FL) -- A man who could be a serial rapist is behind bars in Miami. Mike Jacques was arrested Monday after a woman said he raped her. Police say the woman told them she was taking out the trash Monday morning when Jacques grabbed her, forced her to a parking lot on North Miami Ave and raped her. She was naked when she flagged down an off-duty officer to report what happened. The 24-year-old Jacques was arrested on charges that include sexual battery and kidnapping. Police believe there could be more victims.
