A former chiropractor from Jupiter has been found guilty of praciticing medicine with a suspended license.

On just the second day of his trial, a jury convicted 42-year old Hamed Kian on all five counts against him.

Prosecutor Craig Williams tells CBS 12 News the verdict came quick because it was an open and shut case.

“It was pretty simple. He was suspended from practicing chiropractic. He just kept seeing patients. So it was a pretty straightforward case."

Kian's license was suspended in 2021 after multiple allegations of sexual misconduct were filed against him.

Jurors heard from patients who say he treated them at his chiropractic business after the suspension was in place.

Kian was denied bond and will be sentenced in January. He faces up to eight years in prison.
