Palm Coast, FL - A 40-year-old man has been taken into custody for allegedly exposing himself to deputies during a confrontation in a Palm Coast neighborhood.
Flagler County deputies responded to a report concerning a man who was behaving belligerently and engaging in a heated argument with a woman in the roadway on Wedgewood Lane on Sunday.
Upon arrival, authorities encountered a shirtless man, identified as Shawn Madden, who was displaying aggressive behavior, yelling, and issuing threats to fight deputies.
