(Burbank, CA) -- A trip to Walt Disney World or Disneyland will now cost more.
On Wednesday, Disney announced price hikes for theme park tickets along with parking and its Genie-Plus service. Prices for annual passes at Disney World in Florida are jumping between $30 and $50 depending on the pass.
Meanwhile, almost all ticket options at California's Disneyland will see prices rise between five and 65 dollars.
The cost for parking and the Genie-Plus planning add-on are going up by $5.
Beginning January 9, 2024 park hopper tickets will be allowed at any time of day but are still subject to capacity limitations.
The price increases come after Disney announced its plan to invest sixty billion dollars into its theme parks over the next decade.
