It may be October, but Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control is calling it 'CATober.'
They're waiving adoption fees this month in an attempt to make room in their overcrowded shelter in West Palm Beach.
Each adopted pet will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and given a county license tag.
The agency also offers foster programs for those not ready to adopt, including short term, medical and kitten fostering.
