Elon Musk's brain-implant startup, Neuralink, says it's gotten approval to recruit patients for its first human trial.
The company said in a release that it wants to test its experimental device on people with paralysis in a six-year study.
Last year the FDA denied the company's request to fast-track human trials but it gave Neuralink approval in May to begin clinical trials.
