(Boca Raton, Fla.) -- Florida Atlantic University students are concerned about a possible sexual predator seen on campus.

An alert has been issued by FAU police for former science teacher Carlos Alberto Montero.

The 47-year-old is out on bond for sexual assault and trying to seduce a child with obscene material.

FAU officials say he was seen on campus passing out flyers for his tutoring service.

Students who have run into Montero say the alleged sexual predator is aggressive and follows students into buildings on campus.

University police provided two possible vehicles Montero might be driving. A white Telsa with license plate IXC L99. And a white BMW with the license plate 744 KPA.

The incident is altering students' use of tutoring services.

FAU police are urging anyone who has come in contact with Montero to contact them immediately by calling (561) 297-3500.
