Mars Helicopter Makes Contact With Mission Control

The Mars Ingenuity helicopter is talking again after 63 days of silence. The little helicopter took to Mars skies on April 26th for its 52nd flight but lost contact with mission controllers at the NASA Laboratory in California before landing. The Ingenuity team said they expected the communications to drop because it relays all its messages through their Mars Rover. NASA says a hill prevented the two from communicating but on June 28th they heard back from the chopper. See some pics and read more below.
