LOOK: Woman Alleges She Received Text Messages From Nashville Shooter

A woman is reporting she received a text from Monday's Nashville school shooter just minutes before the incident occurred.

Paige Patton told reporters she knew the shooter when they were in middle school together and occasionally kept in touch.

On Monday, the shooter reportedly texted Patton "I'm planning to die today. This is not a joke. You will probably hear about me on the news after I die."

Minutes later, she entered the school and shot three children and three adults.

Patton contacted police and a suicide hotline but wasn't able to get in touch with anyone until after the shooting.
