New video of the alleged encounter between a Russian fighter jet and a U.S. surveillance drone.
The footage, released this morning by U.S. European Command and filmed from the drone's on-board camera, shows the Russia fighter flying over the drone yesterday while dumping fuel.
Russian ships are at the area of the Black Sea where a U.S. drone crashed.
U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Mark Milley said at a Pentagon briefing that recovering the drone would be very difficult, as it sank in water four-thousand to five-thousand feet deep.
Milley also said the U.S. has made sure there would be no loss of sensitive intelligence if Russia manages to salvage the drone.
