A teen has been indicted by a grand jury to face charges in the murder of another teen from Lantana.
17-year old Gardy Strague is accused of shooting to death 17-year old Emmanuel Castaneda in December. The boy's body was found near Loxahatchee just a few days before Christmas. He had gone missing four days earlier.
The murder is believed to be drug-related as Instagram messages showed Castaneda talking about meeting someone to pick up four pounds of marijuana.
Strague faces three counts, including first degree murder.
He's due back in court on February 16 and is charged as an adult.
