Court records show there were several red flags before a Royal Palm Beach High School teacher was arrested with a gun and knife on campus.

42-year old Robert Krasnicki's ex-girlfriend last November accused the man of sending her threatening text messages and trading drugs with students for A grades.

Krasnicki was arrested at the school last week after he was found with weapons. He had claimed that the ex-husband of his ex-girlfriend had cut the brakes on his car and that he was being watched and listened to through his phone.

Upon his arrest, Krasnicki agreed to go for a psychiatric evaluation.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office says the man did not meet the requirements to be detained under the Baker Act back in November.
