A flotilla expected in Biscayne Bay Sunday along with hundreds of people lining Biscayne Boulevard at 8th Street showing support for the people of Cuba who are planning another massive protest Monday. Democracy Movement's Ramon Saul Sanchez says they're forming a human chain of support. He says Cubans are literally risking their lives and imprisonment by taking to the streets to speak out. Monday's protest follows the historic July protests where demonstrators were detained after demanding freedom and better treatment by the government in the pandemic.
