Miami-Dade launches its updated Climate Action Strategy ahead of the mayor's trip to Scotland Sunday for the United Nation's 26th annual Climate Change Conference. Daniella Levine Cava says the plan is four-pronged, centering on the environment, economy and equity. She pledges to cut greenhouse gas emissions 50-percent by 2030 with the end goal of net zero by 2050. The plan also focuses on limiting water use and waste and expanding renewable energy generation.
