COVID-19 restriction violators beware, Miami-Dade Police officers are beginning to issue civil citation again.
In a statement, the department says its making the move following, "a review to clarify the next steps based on the Governor's March 10th executive order," which canceled all local government's COVID imposed fines dating back to last March.
The department goes on to call the county's protocols common-sense measures to protect local residents, businesses and thousands of visitors.
