Halloween won't be the same this year in South Florida.
Miami Police announced last night it will have an enhanced presence Halloween night in areas that usually draw large crowds.
Elsewhere, Coral Gables will hold a drive-thru trick-or-treat event, and Key Biscayne is asking people not to trick-or-treat at all.
Key Biscayne's mayor said this week this isn't the right time to be going door-to-door or holding Halloween parties.
