I've completed the breakdown of all six Florida proposed constitutional amendments. I’ve received numerous requests to have all of them in one place so here you go.

I recommend YES votes on amendments 1, 5, and 6. And NO votes on 2, 3, and 4.

No. 1 Constitutional Amendment: Citizenship Requirement to Vote in Florida Elections
The potential to thwart non-citizens from voting in Florida is a worthy one. Especially given the extensive efforts by some to unlawfully influence our elections. For those reasons, I recommend a YES vote on Amendment 1.
No. 2 Constitutional Amendment: Raising Florida’s Minimum Wage
In Florida, we need to maximize opportunities for the youngest and most vulnerable in our workforce, not eliminate them. I emphatically recommend a NO vote on Amendment 2.
No. 3 Constitutional Amendment: All Voters Vote in Primary Elections for State Legislature, Governor, and Cabinet
This Amendment is one I view as potentially having merit but without its backers having made the case for its need honestly. Florida’s voters need to look no further than the bait and switch methods by the backers of the restoration of felon voting rights amendment of two years ago to see what happens when dishonest brokers win passage of their proposed amendments. For these reasons, I recommend a NO vote on Amendment 3.
No. 4 Constitutional Amendment: Voter Approval of Constitutional Amendments
While I believe the threshold for proposed Amendments should be raised in Florida, this isn’t the right way to do it. As a result, I hope the two-thirds proposal makes a comeback next cycle and recommend a NO vote on Amendment 4 this year.
No. 5 Constitutional Amendment: Limitations on Homestead Property Tax Assessments; increased portability period to transfer accrued benefit
Late year transactions are disadvantaged with the current limitations. It’s possible for the portability to be as little as one year and one day. I recommend a YES vote on Amendment 5.
No. 6 Constitutional Amendment: Ad Valorem Tax Discount for Spouses of Certain Deceased Veterans Who Had Permanent, Combat-Related Disabilities
While I feel all Floridians should never be put in a position to lose their homes due to property tax burdens, at a minimum we should limit the burden for the loved ones of those who’ve sacrificed so much for our freedoms. I recommend a YES vote on Amendment 6.
