He says the next coronavirus relief package should include a $1,000 stimulus check every two weeks for two months. That's four-grand per household!
Cuban says families are struggling to make ends meet and they need help fast.
Cuban said that families would have to spend the checks within 10 days to stimulate the national economy.
Cuban's plan would cost about $500-billion, but previous stimulus plans have cost trillions.
The House and Senate are still deadlocked on another round of stimulus funding and it's all complicated by presidential politics.
Most political observers say it's unlikely that a deal can be reached before Election Day.
