Governor DeSantis approved Palm Beach County’s limited Phase 2 reopening which will allow for the reopening of bowling alleys, movie theaters, and other daytime entertainment venues next Tuesday. Bars and “nightlife” entertainment venues will remain closed. Furthermore, Palm Beach County’s School District has agreed to allow for classroom education options five days after Palm Beach County enters Phase 2. That would potentially set a tentative September 14th start date.

SeaWorld is offering Florida’s teachers free unlimited entry through 2021. Teachers should pre-register using the ID.me process and will be provided with a Teacher Card eVoucher which can be used at the park. Private school teachers are directed to provide a letter from the principal on school letterhead and a photo ID.

The University of Florida announced 17,000 fans will be allowed to attend home football games at The Swamp. Social distancing will be used and no tailgating will be allowed.
