Billy Joel is giving back to one of his biggest fans.
Over the summer, during one of his shows at Madison Square Garden, the Piano Man spotted a fan with a sign saying it was his 100th show.
Joel promised the super-fan free tickets to their 101st show.
Dr. Geoff Epstein tells Page Six that Joel gave him four tickets and backstage passes to a recent performance.
Epstein estimates he's spent between $25,000 and $50,000 on tickets during Joel's residency at the Garden and says he'll see more shows too.
Epstein compared it to a night out a Knicks game, but there's no fear of losing.
